This year too, during the Uprising Festival, we are preparing a quiet place for rest and relaxation, which you will find right on the beach in the Uprising Healing Zone. A safe space that will provide you with an escape from the hustle and bustle of the festival invites you again to the journey to our festival oasis of peace. During 2 days full of music concerts and sports activities, you will be able to enjoy harmonizing activities such as yoga, acro yoga, sound healing and therapeutic or playful workshops. Experienced instructors from Yoga House will be ready to guide you through all the activities.

Come and find your space for inner peace in the Uprising Healing Area on the beach. We look forward to seeing you!

PROGRAM

Friday:

14.30 – 15:30 – Gongs & sound healing / Tibetan bowls & sound healing
At the very beginning of the festival, Katka will bring you into the world of vibrations. Drop your bags in the tent and come to the Healing area by Yoga House… Dissolve yourself to the sound of gongs and Tibetan bowls, vibrate the fluids in your body and learn what state of consciousness and physical state the vibration of harmonizing instruments can create…

16:00 – 17:15 – Yoga & Pranayama – Breathing exercises – Pranayama
Introduction to theory and practice – Erik Goldschmidt will guide you through pleasant yoga at the beginning of the festival.

17:15 – 18:30 – Flow yoga
You will be able to breathe deeply while moving in flow with Majka Hriníková. In flowing yoga, you move not only your body but also your energy body. See you on Friday.

19:00 – 20:00 – Kundalini Yoga
A wonderful yoga technique or method, kundalini yoga and fantastic teacher Klaudia Krystal will immerse you in the world of kundalini energy. Whether you have heard of it or not, join in learning and raising the state of consciousness and energy in your body. Come and experience the energy boost and peace of mind at the same time.

Saturday:

9:00 – 10:30 – Morning Yoga
The morning is sometimes difficult at the festival. 🙂 Start Saturday at Uprising in a good way, with yoga. We move the body, take a deep breath and wake up the mind through breathing exercises. We will stabilize the energy by relaxing at the end. Lenka Žabková is looking forward to a morning together in movement and breath.

1:30pm – 3:30pm – Women and men: Boundaries, vulnerability, sexuality in relationships
“To live an authentic, true and conscious relationship. But what does that mean?
For us, it is mainly a living relationship. In other words, a relationship that is not built on concepts and norms of what is right, appropriate and appropriate according to the culture we live in, but a relationship that does not prevent life from happening. 14:30 – 16:30 – Free hennaing
Magdaléna Uhrinová will be happy to decorate you with Henna. Come to the Healing Area around half past three and book a beauty session with Magdalena.

16:00 – 17:15 – Yoga & Pranayama – Breathing exercises – Pranayama
With Erik, let yourself be taken on the wave of breath into pleasant altered states of consciousness that yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises) can convey.

17:30 – 19:00 – Acro yoga
Acro is fun, so come and fly through the festival. Experience the lightness with your partner and lots of fun on Saturday with Daniela Zacharová and one man. 🙂

19:15 – 20:15 – Hatha Yoga & Pranayama
Karin Janáčová loves yoga, breathing exercises and everything around her, and she will draw you into her magical corners with kind ease. Come to enjoy Hatha yoga at the end of Saturday and then just concerts until the wee hours of the morning.
