Awa Fall a.k.a. Sista Awa

Sista Awa, was born in 1996 to a Senegalese father and an Italian mother. Based in Italy, she began singing a variety of styles, but focused on reggae when she met the Eazy Skankers, an Italian reggae band.  They travelled together a lot, performing at the Overjam, One Love and Rototom Festivals. She released her first solo album, called “Inna dis ya Iwa”.
