BabyBoom Sound
Hungarys’s no.1 dancehall sound is coming to Uprising! Ritchey and Leslie started to play reggae and dancehall music in 2009. From 2010, they became the resident sound system for Hungary’s unique monthly Caribbean event, Dancehall Madness. Their repertoire includes mainly Reggae, Dancehall, Afrobeat, and all the related music styles (Moombahton, Soca, etc.), which can be a part of the Caribbean life. Yuh ready?

DHQ Vanessa Diamond
Vanessa started dancing dancehall in 2012 and won the Hungarian Dancehall Queen Competition just one year after and became Hungarian Dancehall Queen 2014. Her love for dance and her versatile personality is a gift which she loves sharing with her students. Acrobatic elements are her preferred way to give her creativity space, but she also embraces male steps next to female moves. After winning the 2018 Queens on Top Dancehall Queen Competition she represented Hungary at the Queens on Top Final in Portugal.

DHQ Sessi
Sessi was born and raised in Budapest. Dancing was always a big part of her life and after all she became a Contemporary dancer and a Pole dance instructor. In 2015 she first met dancehall and since that she fell in love with it. In 2017 she decided to participate in the Hungarian Dancehall Queen contest where she became the Hungarian Dancehall Queen. Since that she has been performing and teaching in Hungary (Budapest) and in Austria (Salzburg).
