Alborosie & Shengen Clan

We present the first name of the seventeenth edition of the Uprising Festival. One of the top contemporary reggae artists, Almighty Puppa Albo aka Alborosie, is coming to Bratislava with his band Shengen Clan. He released over 10 studio albums, many evergreen hits, got several Grammy nominations and musical collaborations with big names such as The Wailers, Steel Pulse, Gentleman, Kabaka Pyramid and Ky-Mani Marley. He is known for his long dreads, strong lyrics, unique sound, and as one of the few European artists, he is also recognized in Jamaica, where he has lived for over 20 years.
